Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to personal information when you use jaseel.me. The site is operated by Jaseel M, an independent marketing consultant based in Kozhikode, Kerala, India.

What is collected

Information you give me

If you submit the enquiry form, you provide your name, email address, and optionally your website, ad-spend range and a message. If you book a call, HubSpot collects the details you enter into the booking form, including your name, email address and chosen time slot.

Information collected automatically

The site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand how pages are used — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring source, and interactions such as button clicks and scroll depth. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How it is used

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call.
• To understand which pages and channels work, and improve the site.
• To meet legal or accounting obligations where applicable.

Your details are not sold, rented, or used for unrelated marketing.

Third-party services

The following processors handle data on my behalf. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Google (Tag Manager, Analytics 4) — usage analytics.
• HubSpot — the booking calendar on the Let’s Talk and Contact pages, and the meeting record that results from it.
• Web3Forms — delivery of enquiry-form submissions to my inbox.
• Cloudflare — hosting, DNS and security for the site.

Cookies

Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics. The HubSpot booking calendar may set its own cookies when that page is loaded. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them, though some features such as the booking calendar may not.

Downloads

Tools published on this site, such as ConvoPixel, are downloaded directly from jaseel.me. No account or email address is required, and downloading a tool does not add you to any list.

How long data is kept

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as there is an active or potential working relationship, and then deleted. Analytics data follows the retention period configured in Google Analytics.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email [email protected] and I will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date at the top.
