Why brands hire Google Ads experts from India

The usual reason is cost, and it is a real one. The better reason is access to experienced people who would cost far more to hire locally, working on a model you can stop at short notice. The risks are just as real: quality varies enormously, and "offshore PPC" too often means a team of juniors following a checklist.

How to tell the difference before hiring anyone — including me:

  • Ask how they check tracking. If the answer is not "I compare platform conversions with your orders for specific days", keep looking.
  • Ask what they will not do. Someone who will take on anything is not specialising in anything.
  • Ask who does the work. The person on the sales call should be the person in your account.
  • Ask how they charge. A percentage of ad spend pays them more for spending more of your money.
  • Ask for documentation. Everything should be built in your accounts and explained in writing.
