How quickly do you reply?
Within one business day, usually the same day. I am in IST (UTC+5:30), so if you are in the UK or Europe a morning message normally gets an answer before your afternoon.
Should I book a call or send a message?
Book a call if you already know roughly what you need and want to talk it through. Send a message if you would rather describe the situation first, or if you are comparing options and are not ready for a conversation yet. Neither one commits you to anything.
What happens to my details?
They are used to reply to your enquiry and nothing else — no list, no sharing, no unrelated marketing. The privacy policy sets out the specifics.
Do you take on every enquiry?
No. If your budget is too small for the work to pay for itself, or the problem is outside what I do well, I will say so and point you somewhere more useful. That is a better outcome for both of us than a retainer nobody is happy with.
